Shipping Policy

Processing Time

Orders ship within 1–2 business days (excl. weekends/holidays). Delays may occur during high volume.

Domestic (Nigeria)

Delivery: 2–5 business days.
Carriers: GIG Logistics, FedEx, and local partners.

International

Delivery: 7–21 business days.
Carrier: DHL Express or equivalent.
Note: Customs fees/taxes are the customer’s responsibility.

Tracking

You’ll receive tracking details via email once shipped.

Damaged/Lost Parcels

Report damages within 48 hours (with photos). Lost parcels will be investigated, and a replacement or refund issued.
